Welcome to XFileRecover. Please read and agree to these terms before using the software, the official website, accounts, payment, or customer support services. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the related services.

1. Services

XFileRecover provides local-disk deleted-file scanning, preview, recovery assistance, account sign-in, VIP entitlement verification, paid activation, and after-sales support. File recovery results depend on disk writes, file-system state, overwrite conditions, and hardware condition. We do not guarantee that all files can be recovered.

2. Accounts and Security

Users sign in with a mobile number and a verification code or password. Please keep your verification codes and passwords secure. Losses caused by users voluntarily disclosing credentials, devices being controlled by others, or using unofficial distribution channels are borne by the user.

3. Payment and VIP

VIP plan prices, validity periods, and availability are as displayed on the page. After a successful payment, the system automatically activates or extends VIP access for the corresponding mobile number. If access is not applied automatically after payment, please keep the order information and contact customer support for verification.

Continuing to write data to the source volume after accidental deletion may overwrite the space occupied by deleted files. Stop using the source volume where possible and save recovered output to another disk. For important media, physically damaged devices, or business-critical data, consult a professional data recovery service first.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XFileRecover is not liable beyond the service fees actually paid for recovery failures, data loss, or indirect losses caused by overwritten data, device failures, user error, or issues with third-party payment or network services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as required by product changes, regulations, or operational needs. Updates will be published on the official website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
