1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If XFileRecover does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. This applies to both the 1-Month License and the 1-Year License.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@xfr.xia08.com from the email address used for the purchase.
- Include your order reference (shown on the FastSpring receipt emailed to you after payment) if available. If you cannot find it, the purchase email address is enough for us to locate the order.
- Optionally, tell us what went wrong — it helps us improve the product, but it is not required for the refund.
3. Processing Time
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
4. Effect on Your License
When a refund is issued, the license associated with your account is deactivated. Files you have already recovered and saved remain yours — deactivation only disables further recovery until a new license is purchased.
5. Before You Request a Refund
Recovery results depend on how much the deleted data has been overwritten. If a scan finds your files but recovery fails, or you are unsure how to proceed, contact support@xfr.xia08.com first — we are often able to help you get your files back.
